Per il disegno progettato dal consumismo tu vali quanto il tuo debito. Rispettare le regole imposte da un sistema sostanzialmente punitivo vorrebbe dire accettare il suicidio della propria identità. La verità si confonde leggibile tra le righe, perché ripianare i debiti altrui e i propri debiti dovrebbe essere una priorità per le nostre vite? L' azione comportamentale "Tu vali di più del tuo debito" diventa la risposta risolutiva con stravolgimento delle regole. Prendiamo in considerazione la sanzione pecuniaria conosciuta in Italia in modo popolare come "multa": ho collezionato un numero indefinito di multe dal momento stesso in cui ho raggiunto la maggior età; in quanto artista sono pronta a mettere la mia firma d'autrice sulle ammende stesse che assumono pertanto la trasmutazione di prodotto artistico. Il valore stabilito dagli enti statali riguardo le mie ammende viene pertanto annullato e tutt'al più aumentato dalle regole del mercato dell'arte; il mio debito vale nettamente di più del valore legale stabilito in quanto il mio debito stesso è un'operazione artistica. E' consigliabile allo Stato un pignoramento delle multe autografate con possibilità di venderle a un'asta pubblica. Invito coloro che non accettano il sadismo del sistema a presentarsi nella sede della galleria Famiglia Margini con relative multe, che verranno firmate a titolo benefico per salvare l'umanità da se stessa. Si chiama lezioni di Indisciplina pensiero e gesto nell'arte e nell'economia ed e' un simposio di performance multiformi: scrittori, musicisti, economisti, poeti, esponenti del mondo accademico, storici dell' arte, compositori, filosofi che si avvicendano sul palcoscenico parlando di arte ed economia, dei punti di contatto tra le due discipline e di come la differenza tra di loro sia solo eventuale, perché entrambe riconducibili all'esistenza del gesto. Le lezioni sono nate dall'idea di concepire l' economia come gesto e l'arte come la parte eccellente dell' economia e della necessita' di conciliare l'indisciplina che diventa doverosa nei confronti di una realtà' spesso inaccettabile con una rigorosa disciplina interiore. (1) perché lo Stato deve far pagare l'errore dei cittadini colpendoli con una pena in denaro?; (2) perché lo Stato si riduce ad avere a disposizione, per ravvedere o punire il cittadino, i due soli strumenti della pena detentiva e o di quella pecuniaria?; (3) perché ridurre tutto al numero dei giorni di prigione o al numero di euro da pagare per rimediare all'errore, reale o supposto che sia? è chiaro che il tema del valore - complesso, profondo, quasi insondabile e comunque filosoficamente aperto al contributo e alla chiave interpretativa di ognuno nell'ambito di un dibattito teoricamente e praticamente inesauribile - viene così svilito e immiserito a un rapporto di dare - avere inscatolato in una contabilità poverissima (che tra l'altro crea problemi sia a chi deve incassare sia a chi deve sborsare). non c'è dubbio che diventi urgente trovare nuovi strumenti di "aggiustamento" di questi rapporti. In economia il pensiero è azione, e così anche nell'arte. Perché non cercare di rinvenire nell'arte del gesto una possibile soluzione? For the plan designed by consumerism your worth is the same as your debt. To follow the rules imposed by a system fundamentally punitive would means to accept the suicide of his own identity. The truth is mixed up readable between the lines, because to pay off other people’s debts and yours should be a priority for our lives? The behavioural action "Your value is more than your debts" becomes the ultimate answer by the twisting of the rules. Let us take account of the pecuniary sanction popularly known in Italy as "fine": from the moment I reached the age of majority, I have collected an indefinite number of fines; as an artist, I’m ready to put my signature of author on fines themselves, so they transmutate in an artistic product. The value determined by the government agencies about my fines is therefore nullified and increased at most by the rules of the art market; the value of my debt worths decidedly more than the value legally established, as my debt itself is an artistic operation. Is recommended to State the seizure of the autographed fines with the possibility of selling them at a public auction. I invite those who do not accept the sadism of the system to show up at the seat of the Famiglia Margini gallery with respective fines, which will be signed up as beneficial to save mankind from itself. It’s called lessons of Indiscipline-thought and gesture in art and economy and it consists in a symposium of multiform performances: writers, musicians, economists, poets, academics, art historians, composers, philosophers, who take it in turns on stage talking about art and economy, the points of contact between the two disciplines and how the difference between them is only potential, because both ascribable to the existence of the act. The lessons are born from the idea of conceiving economy as an act and art as the excellent part of economy, as well as from the need to facilitate the indiscipline that becomes dutiful in relation to a reality often unacceptable with a rigorous inner discipline .
